I moved to Gainesville in October, which is already a difficult time to find an apartment. Unfortunately, this was the only place available at the time within my budget, and I deeply regret choosing it.
During my time living there, I was an extremely responsible tenant—always paying rent on time. When my lease ended in October 2024, I informed the management at the beginning of September that I would be leaving. Despite this, I continued to be charged rent for both November and December. I made... multiple attempts to resolve the issue: calling repeatedly, visiting the office twice (only to find it closed), and sending numerous emails, but I received no response.
Eventually, I finally managed to speak with someone at the office, and after an update in their system, I was charged again—this time for November, December, and an additional “break of contract” fee. I kept reaching out, but nothing was ever resolved.
I was finally told that I would receive my security deposit within 3 to 5 business days, but days turned into weeks, and I still haven’t received it. I've made countless calls and sent multiple emails, yet I still have no answers.
This place has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling, and it’s clear that they don't care about their tenants. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this place will only cause you unnecessary stress and frustration. Read More
