The design of the apartment is just what I was looking for! It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are spacious, definitely fits my queen bed with room. The maintenance staff fix any repairs very fast.

The front office staff is always so nice and friendly. They’re very polite and helpful. I always have an amazing experience with the staff at Mayfair. Im happy to be a tenant for the last 3yrs here ..

I have been living in this apartment more than 4years. There are supermarkets and pediatric clinics nearby, and it's also easy to access UF. The location is excellent. The maintenance staff is also very responsive.

We have lived at the Mayfair for over 2 years and we love it. It is a very safe community kept very clean. The staff are attentive and courteous. any time we put in a maintenance request it is taken care of the next day.
we looked all over and agreed the Mayfair had the most up to date, spacious apartments!
