Great complex!

Great place
I’ve been living at varsity house, and it’s been a great experience from day one. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is well-kept. The amenities like the pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.are always clean and accessible, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle.

Best UF Off-campus housing!
I moved into Varsity House last September, and I've had a great experience with the staff and my neighbors. Varsity is close to Butler Plaza and Celebration Pointe, which are great for in-town fun!

AMAZING PROPERTY
Love love this property and how spacious the bathrooms are! Steps away from campus and a quick bus ride to and from class!! Friendly staff and wonderful events!
