He has already helped produce over $35 million in real estate sales in the 3.5 years he has been helping people achieve their real estate goals. In 2014, Keegan helped their customers purchase over $9.07 Million worth of real estate. In 2015, he helped their customers purchase over $10.35 million worth of real estate. In 2016, he helped their customers purchase over $10.91 million worth of real estate. He started in this business working for a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). It taught him a great deal about how to properly invest in real estate, and at the end of the day, buying or selling a home is part of an investment, and most likely one of the biggest investments of your life. But in all honesty, he hated sitting in an office and not being around people as much. So, he had to get out and start helping people buy and sell real estate. He spent my first 3.5 years as a licensed real estate agent being personally trained and mentored by a man he would categorize as one of the greatest realtors ever. He has sold over $1 BILLION in real estate. He had been in the business for 48 years. During his time with him, they did over 130 real estate transactions together.
