The turnover rate for property managers and maintenance is insane. Property managers will fine tenants for things they have on the patio or when they try to make their area look nice but won’t upkeep their portion of the complex like landscape, amenities and pet areas. AC is 100% going to break in the summer and they won’t be quick to fix it. When they do fixed things it looks like it’s been done by a toddler. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

When I moved in here the most amazing office manager was very welcoming and understanding to my situation with open arms. After that they were FOUR MORE office managers which is very confusing. If you want any privacy of any sorts DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Have been looking for an affordable apartment in the area for several months. We liked the price, location, and curb appeal at Woodland Run, so we were willing to patiently wait for a vacancy. Could the Realty office at Woodland Run call us when an apartment became available? No, they don't do that. Could we fill out an application (with a deposit) indicating our interest in the property? No, they don't accept applications unless tenants indicate they are moving out. We were told to: check back… next week..call back at the beginning of the month...call back at the end of the month, etc., etc., We did all of those things based on what they told us for FIVE months and FINALLY, FINALLY the Realty office accepted our application because tenants were "moving" out. SMILE! The Realty office expressed that there were other applicants to consider as well, so we needed to check back at the end of the week. We were excited, but then we got: check back next week..check back next week..then, we don't know when the tenants are "officially" moving out, so check back next week. Wow!
