Please note that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees collected directly by the resort at check-in. These include a Resort Fee (1-7 nights: $30 per day; 8-14 nights: $25 per day; 15-29 nights: $20 per day; 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day) and a refundable Incidental Security Deposit of $250. Swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult. No diving or running is permitted in the pool area. A $500 fine will be applied for any smoking violations.
