Welcome to this spectacular upper-floor apartment located at the Beachwalk Resort, a brand-new condo in front of Hallandale Beach, just a few minutes' drive to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. Feel at home in this 1-bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Intracoastal.
This apartment includes a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, a private balcony with stunning views, and a washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, one glass stove, one integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, one stove, dishes, one coffee maker, a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, and an iron and ironing board. There are also TVs in each room.
Amenities include a bay view pool. A Pack 'N Play Crib is available upon request, and package handling is available for $5 per package plus applicable taxes; packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM and 5 PM. Valet parking is available for a fee.

Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate. A resort fee will be charged at check-in. Swimming is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed.
