The gym will remain closed until further notice due to ongoing improvements in the building. Smoking is prohibited inside or outdoors on the premises. Any sign of smoking will lead to eviction with no refund and up to $500 in cleaning charges. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees collected separately at check-in. Resort fees are $30 per day for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $25 per day for stays of 8 to 14 nights, $20 per day for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day for stays of 30 nights or more, plus taxes.
