To the west, you can visit the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. To the south, you can continue to the Aventura Mall, and to the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory resort fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property: stays of 1 to 7 nights are $30 per day, plus taxes; stays of 8 to 14 nights are $25 per day, plus taxes; stays of 15 to 29 nights are $20 per day, plus taxes; and stays of 30 nights or more are $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus taxes. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of the no smoking policy. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage.
