Valet parking is optional and costs $28 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 20 to 30 days. Due to ongoing improvements in the building, the gym will remain closed until further notice. Smoking inside or outdoors on the premises is prohibited. Any sign of smoking, such as smell, residue, or debris, will lead to eviction with no refund and up to $500 in cleaning charges. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate and are collected separately at check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
