To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or head to South Beach. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property. Resort fees are as follows: Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus taxes. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of the no-smoking policy. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage.
