Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay and will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Swimming is at your own risk, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted.
