No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Do not park in the Publix parking garage, as Publix strictly enforces their parking rules. Publix allows 2-hour parking only until 10:00 PM. After 10 PM, no parking is allowed at all.
