A one-time resort fee of $30 per guest (14+ years) is payable at the front desk. Parking fees vary based on your stay and are payable by credit card only; please confirm with building management. A parking hangtag deposit is $20 per tag (refundable). Fobs for access are $30 each (non-refundable): 1 fob for 1-2 adults, 2 fobs for 3-4 adults, and 3 fobs for 5-6 adults (for guests 14+ years).
