Enjoy the convenience of an on-site laundry room and explore the outdoors with our garden BBQ, bikes for boardwalk rides, and even surfboards for the adventurous. The maximum occupancy for the studio is two persons, and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours on Hollywood Beach are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms, and smoking is only permitted outside if it does not disturb other guests. A cleaning charge of at least $100 may apply if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $25 cleaning charge.
