My time here over the last 13 years have been positive. There have been minor issues with noise by neighbors and the trash areas can be unsightly but that’s not on management.

It’s been bad; there’s no security, they don’t come to fix things, and in the middle of the night, there are young people who sit around drinking and playing music at high volume.

I moved in a week ago and so far my experience has been STELLAR! Sydney, the leasing agent who helped me with the leasing process, was extremely helpful and communicative, making sure I knew what was needed from me and making things as easy as possible throughout every step of the process. On day 1, I reported a couple of very minor things I wanted to make sure were looked at before I got settled in, and within just a couple of hours Yoel and Arian showed up with very warm and friendly… dispositions and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the unit. I am extremely impressed with how welcoming and conscientious every staff member has been so far!
