Great Place! Smooth move-in experience!

Kellis is great and makes it easy to understand the move-in process and genuinely cares for the community and the well-being of the residents. Very highly recommended place to live and give it 5 stars all the way

Do not rent here.

Tenants are loud and obnoxious. Smells of weed in open stairwells. Management is lazy, unresponsive, and shady since the mother took over. Do NOT expect a return of your security deposit, regardless of apartment condition upon leaving.
