Worst management in Florida. There are over 280 units but only 80 parking spots, making parking a nightmare. Trash and dog poop are left all over the property. To make it worse, management invades your privacy by entering units at least 3–4 times every month just to inspect."

Parking availability is based on the property’s design and available parking areas, and this information is communicated during the... application and leasing process so residents can make an informed decision before moving in.
Regarding the grounds, our team walks and picks up the property daily in an effort to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for all residents. We also encourage residents to report any specific areas of concern so we can address them as quickly as possible.
As for unit entries, management does not enter homes without a business purpose and follows all applicable Florida notice requirements. Our routine monthly entry is coordinated with pest control so that a member of management is present with the vendor. During that time, we may also check for leaks, change air filters, and identify any maintenance needs to help protect the home and community.
