HORRIBLE

Hi everyone. I moved in 2021 to this complex thinking that a good and safe place to live. At the office back then was a girl name Amanda (super nice and professional), however Onces new staffs came in this year Everything changed. Lets start by saying that i had to leave before my lease was over because my 7 year old was getting an allergic reaction every time he would walk inside the apartment. After letting the office know that my room wall was with mold and water for almost a year. The pool… another story. Always very nasty and full of teenagers at night smoking weeds. Gates always broke and open to the public. Never a security around, only saw a lady driving a golf card using her phone and laughing like if she was in a party. Loud place, a lot of fights, garbage full of the time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AND THE MANAGER AND ASSOICIATION DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT YOU PAYING UR RENT!! DONT MOVE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!

Parking Spot Chaos

I currently live at Crystal Lakes and I can tell you about all the horrible things but let me start with the parking situation. Regardless of whether you're in a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment, you get ONE parking spot. Meaning even if you're living with a significant other, or roommate you only get one designated spot and the other person has to find a guest spot for themselves which can mean close to the apartment or down the other side of the street. In a perfect world, that isn't an… issue, however here in this place you have selfish neighbors who steal parking spots and write their apartment number on it and claim it so that you no longer have access to parking near your apartment. Some apartments have up to 5 spots they have claimed and NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING. No one cares to do anything, no one calls back, no one addresses this poor situation. We pay so much in rent for such little that they give back. You need to do better I'm so tired of having to fight for a parking spot because lazy neighbors want to claim parking spots when everyone is only allowed one.

CRYSTAL LAKES

The staff was great, once I picked out my apartment I came back at least 3 other times to see the apartment again and the staff was ready and willing to show it. They made my move in experience such a great one. They even went as far as to help me connect the electricity. Very sweet girls.

Worse experience never

When I got to the leasing office this Ladies look like they do not like to work. Plus already this complex has issues already cause I was listening to a customer that is a tenant complaining about 5yrs, about how bad this complex has become I was already changed my mind on this complex already very disappointed me rent was already to high plus late fee $129, safely issue gates are broken and it seems also Maintenance is already bad looking some where us. I already had a bad vibe about this… complex. Please ready do your homework on finding a place.
