The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The master bathroom has a very comfortable stand-alone tub as well as a spacious shower. Both bedrooms have 55-inch smart TVs, and the living room has a 75-inch smart TV. There is free Wi-Fi (1 GB). The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a barbecue on the enormous porch, where you will find an outdoor dining set and a lounge area.
If you do not feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The villa is in a gated community with its own marina, fishing pier, and boat ramp (for renters of boat slips). Just a short walk from the villa, you will find the community pool. Underneath the villa, there is more than enough room to park your cars and trailer. Bring your own boat (docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, where the manatees live during the winter, or go up the Homosassa River to the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping during scallop season. For golfers, there are more than enough golf courses in the area, among them the just reopened Cabot Farms golf courses (formerly known as World Woods).
If you are with more guests, please do not park the cars on the grass next to the villa (or another villa). This is a villa on stilts, you can park cars and trailers underneath the villa.
