The second floor has 6 rooms with various bed configurations including 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and multiple Twin beds, all sharing two large full hall bathrooms with walk-in showers. Common living areas include a first-floor lounge with plush sofas, a game/dining table for 4, and a Smart TV, as well as a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs. A second-floor lounge offers additional seating and a Smart TV, with access to a covered balcony from one of the rooms. Modern comforts include central A/C throughout, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
