Interaction with other guests is possible, as this is a 4-unit complex. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with advance notification and a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
