Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property with works that may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. We allow one pet per reservation, but pets more than 60lbs are not allowed without prior permission. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund.
