This suite is not pet-friendly. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit or on the premises will result in a $400 penalty, and evidence during your stay will also result in immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances; in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit.
