Feel at home in this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home in the serene Jax Beach area. This inviting pool home is designed for relaxation and comfort, offering ample living space for your stay.
This home features a well-equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room, and a convenient laundry area on the ground floor. Enjoy two expansive living areas, with the second space opening directly to a delightful screened-in pool area, perfect for leisurely days under the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are large living areas for hanging out.
The private pool can be heated from October to February for an additional charge of $50 per day, with at least 48 hours' advance request. Please note that the pool heater will not heat the water to hot-tub temperatures. The hot tub is available for request between 8 AM–8 PM daily with a 4-hour run time and requires remote activation by our team, with at least 1 hour's notice. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee. No cats are allowed. Parking is limited to 4 cars maximum with no street parking. Garage access is not permitted.
