Parties and events are strictly not permitted at this property. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on-site at any time. Unauthorized gatherings, unapproved visitors, or violations of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations, plus additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. No pets are allowed. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before leaving. Windows should be kept closed for security. Laundry machines should not be overloaded, sandy items should not be washed, and the dryer lint trap should be cleaned. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Furniture should not be rearranged. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Use of the pickleball court, dock, pool, and hot tub is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool. No oils, lotions, or soaps should be brought into the hot tub or pool. Do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play). Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. No food, glass, or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the pickleball court. No bikes, roller blades, or skateboards are allowed on the pickleball court. Proper footwear is required for the pickleball court. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the pickleball court. Court hours are 8:00 AM-7:30 PM. Do not abuse net or other equipment on the pickleball court. Be cautious when walking on the dock, especially at night or when wet. No running or horseplay on or near the dock. No diving or jumping from the dock. Swimming is not permitted from the dock. No fishing gear, coolers, or personal items may be left on the dock unattended. No glass containers are allowed on the dock. Quiet hours apply to the dock area. Report any damage or safety concerns immediately regarding the dock.
