Washer and dryer are full-size, only two years old, and you can even control them from your phone. Kitchen has stainless appliances, a deep sink, garbage disposal, and a purified water filter built into the sink.

There's a screened-in back porch with an outdoor outlet and a closet for extra storage. I'm also leaving one hose hooked up and a few furnishings to make settling in easier king bed, couch, dining table, desk, dresser, bookshelves, and a TV stand.

It comes with one assigned parking spot and guest parking nearby. The community has a pool and tennis court, and pets are welcome with approval.
