    Luxury Escape

    I’ve lived at Avere Southside Quarter for almost two years, and I’ve had a really great experience here. The community is quiet, beautiful, family-oriented, pet-friendly, and has that nice “quiet luxury” feel without feeling stuffy.

    The office staff is honestly one of the best parts. Kristin, Errica, and Michelle have all been here the entire time I’ve lived here, and they’ve always been so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Gigi is newer, but she’s been great as well. I’ve had a few changes    … during my time here, and no matter what I needed, the staff always handled everything smoothly. I jokingly call myself a “super resident” at this point because I’ve gotten to experience different layouts throughout the community .

    They also do a great job of keeping residents involved with food trucks and events like paint and sip, yoga, candle making, and other fun activities. Maintenance is fast and responsive, and everyone around the community is usually very friendly.

    I’m only leaving because I’m being transferred, and I’m definitely going to miss living here. I’d absolutely recommend Avere Southside Quarter to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful community in Jacksonville with a staff that actually cares about its residents.
