Very nice experience
I have lived here over a year for a 1B1B. The property manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. The rent is affordable compared to the surrounding overpriced apartments. The location is very convenient and you can get almost everything nearby even on foot. There is private houses and a school behind so the safety is guaranteed! There isn't much facilities on this apartment complex but the price you have is what you pay. The building is a little old but maintained pretty well. I saw… cockroaches at the first 3 months few times but after that never saw them anymore. The staff did pest control for every 3 months. Overall, I would recommend it.
