Cambridge Park is an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL
Currently this bldg has Bed Bugs in more than 1 unit, and there is a heavy infestation of Roaches. I am not joking when I say you have to fight with the fleas as you walk to your apt from all of the stray cats on the property. You literally have to brush them off of your pant legs. I counted 30 cats as of yesterday afternoon, not including 2 large litters of kittens. Also, 3 of the cats look pregnant. Newest manager has no interest in paying a professional exterminator, but uses a tenant from... another bldg he runs to spray who knows what in our apartments. His only concern is how he can cut corners to save $$. ZERO stars if possible

The worst place to live.
If you are looking for a place to live would not recommend living here just have to come and look out for you to see that there is garbage everywhere is dirty nobody cares to clean around the new managers rather than improving the property is worse than before the laundry is very dirty. There is no maintenance if something breaks you in your apartment nobody is going to come to fix. There also many cockroaches. The only thing I want is that my contract runs out to move because I'm embarrassed... someone visits me. They think that animals live here because this here the conditions are inhuman.
