The property itself is very pretty, everything else not so much. Staff is rude, things in the apartment break constantly.

We enjoyed living there for about 2 years, Ciel, was an absolute delight.
The apartment was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities.
The management team was attentive and responsive, ensuring a comfortable living experience. I highly recommend, it as a wonderful place to call home.

You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc.
Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!

Unfortunately this has been a bad experience. I am not sure who reads these but here is a bullet point list of the troubles you can expect
-paper thin walls. expect to hear everyone and be heard!
-unresponsive staff after you move in
-poorly insulated building. rain came through our door
-high energy bills (heating and cooling)
-bugs. yes it is Florida but have not noticed this many before
