For a luxury community it meets the requirements. Location is excellent and amenties are great. The pool is fantastic and the fitness center is nice, albeit extremely small. The worst complaint I have is the sound that penetrates through the walls. I hear my upstairs neighbor all day every day. I know exactly where they are walking in their apartment at all times. I can even hear them when they are talking loudly. For such an expensive place, I would assume they would have built better buffers... inbetween units (especially since they have laminate flooring throughout) but that is not the case at all.

Beautiful Property - Great location
I just moved here from Texas and moving to this location was a great choice. Close to the beaches, close to St. John’s Town Center, and basically close to everything with no traffic! That’s my favorite - coming from Houston. The finishes inside are beautiful. The floor plans are open and spacious. I highly recommend Bainbridge Town Center East!
