Corporate Greed
I have been living here for months now. It’s a nice place but corporate greed is going to be the downfall. Parking is horrible and on top of that they want to charge 75$ per car to park close to the building. That’s going to force us to pay or park far. Renters should have spaces to park and visitors should have separate designated places to park. I have spoken with a lot of residents and we agree that this is ridiculous and pure greed. Some feel forced to pay for safety reasons. We pay plenty... already
