This place should not be renting. There is no outdoor lighting making it a safety concern. Stray cats all over the place and open areas allowing any animal to get under the apartment and you can hear them under the floors. I would be surprised if the 2 or 3 maintenance people that work here know how to change a light bulb, much less anything else as problems never get fixed. The washer and dryers do not work. Very loud music and guns heard a lot with neighbors yelling and using profanity. The... office people (can't call them workers cause they don't work) are lazy and rude. Their website says they are open until 5:30 but they are closed long before that. You can never get anyone on the phone and the office is locked most of the time. You pay for pest control monthly but you only get services every 6 months. Management is always putting notices to charge fees that are not listed in the rental agreement. They flooring has spots that are weak and seems like the floor is going to cave in. The exterior community is trashy and animal wastes all over the property.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to live in a home that is safe, quiet, and enjoyable with staff members that care for the residents who pay their salary.

New management just came in. Super nice people, they cleaned up everything and are great.

High Crime Rate! No, Security! No, Pool! No, central air! Drug dealers! Not safe to rise kids.

Debbie the manager is rude and hard to deal with. The apartments are molded infested with roaches and bugs. They don’t fix anything.
