    Great property, disappointing management

    I had a nice overall stay at this property, and I want to make that clear. When the previous management team was in place, my experience was great and I had very few issues.

    Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly under the current management. I found the management to be unprofessional and difficult to deal with, particularly regarding communication and my move-out.

    The biggest issue was my security deposit. After moving out, the property withheld my entire security deposit and    … charged additional move-out fees. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled and felt that the charges were not properly explained or supported.

    It’s unfortunate because the property itself was a nice place to live, and I would have had a much more positive review if the management experience had remained the same. In my experience, the previous management was much more professional and made the property a great place to stay. The current management was the main reason my experience ended on a negative note.
