Mission Pointe Apartments is an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL
I have resided here for a little under 3 years. I must say that these apartments have a well kept landscaping system. The property manager is not so easy to contact, however the leasing staff is very efficient with addressing all concerns and maintenance request. The amenities inside and out are a plus. As an overall community it is a great place to call home. Truthfully there are only 2 issues keeping me away from rating it with 5 stars. The first issue is the fact that there is only one trash... disposal spot for the entire apartment complex. This causes a major issue with the trash overflowing. (Looks and smells very nasty) The second issue is the slight increase on rent every year. (So far it has been a $20 increase from last year til current)

3.... Its one bed room sometimes I get tired of looking at the same thing all the time but it is what it is my Mon says as long as its a roof over your head and its clean than you good. Its some time to pay but u pray and god help me through so I am thankful for that.

The worst management in the world cornerstone management sucks. They give you an 1800 number to call for complaints or situations. And all you get is a voicemail that no one calls you back on. Management in this property is rude and very unorganized. They don't have any answers to any problem. They hang up the phone on you send out very rude letters and post them on your door so that all your neighbors can read them. Heather the property manager need a class on customer service. She could not... answer any of my questions. And when I asked her again she told me to leave or she would call police .which she did all because she didn't knoW the answer ..don't ever live here roach infested went to office numerous times . Don't stay there.

This apartment complex is awesome!
Nice friendly helpful staff. Beautiful apartments, would've given 5 stars if it came with a microwave and had 24 hour gym access.
