GOOD LUCKY!
This message is for you if you're thinking about moving to Rise Bartram Park.
Since I know Rise will respond with a generic reply, it’s up to you to decide whether or not to live here.
If you're looking for a peaceful place to rest and sleep on your days off — FORGET IT. This is not the place for you.
I’ve been a resident here for just two months, and I’ve already filed more than five complaints about my neighbor — through phone, email, the app, and even in person — and guess what? Nothing has... been done.
What makes this situation even worse is that my neighbor is an EMPLOYEE of Rise. He should be setting an example of how to behave in a shared community, but instead, he constantly disturbs my peace. Right now, it’s 12:47 AM and I’m trying to sleep — but I can’t, because he won’t stop making unbearable noise.
I’m now taking anti-stress medication, sleeping pills, and relaxants just to try and sleep — but none of it is working. And the Rise team continues to ignore the situation, likely because he works for them.
And that’s not even the worst part. Since he’s an employee, he has access to my apartment, and I no longer feel safe living here. I’m now spending money on security cameras because I simply don’t feel secure in this place anymore.
So to anyone considering moving here — good luck. You're going to need it.
