Not good

let you know that your apartment stink I will never come back to your apartment I give a poor ratings it's disgusting I have trash all over the place you have trash all over the steps I wouldn't recommend nobody to come to your apartment and I will never come back to your apartment to me and yo you get a zero

Perfect location.

I love our apartment. It's very spacious and I love the open floor plan. We had a few roach problems due to the past tenants not being clean but they are doing all they can to deal with this situation. We are closer to our family here and we love all of the amenities :pool,fitness center, laundry mat. Ask for Me. Denise she's the property manager and super sweet!!!

Looking to move back....

The staff members are great and helpful. The upstairs tenants did sound like a herd of elephants...lol. They always came out to fix whatever problem ...no matter what time but only if it was an emergency. But I'm think next time I want a unit with no tenants above me. See you soon lease office.

Savannah Springs apartments is not a good place to live if you have children. In the past 5 months two people have been shot by unidentified people. The apartment complex will not allow you to use outside Internet and cable providers such as Comcast or Direct TV, they force you to use their company called Moonbeam. Moonbeam is outrageously priced at 50 dollars a month for just Internet and it drops twice an hour. My neighbors are loud and smoke pout in the hallwaus and my upstairs neighbors… sound like elephants. The office staff is horrible. Nobody cares and nobody anwees the phone. Parking is impossible. The laundry mat takes your money.

The Savannah Springs floor plans really caught my eye and the amenities are just what I need. This location is good for me to move closer to my family too.
