Very quiet. People are very communicative and respectful. Manager and Assistant Manager are very supportive. The services they provide here makes a lot go easy.

Very nice and calm, the neighbors arent loud and they are nice, just a good community overall, its in a good area and has lots of restaurants near by.

I've lived here for a little bit over a year and have had a great experience. It's a newer property and is in a great location. You are less than 5 minutes from the Riverwalk, as well as San Marco and Riverside. Updated appliances inside and great amenities (gym, pool, outdoor courtyard). Front office is super easy to work with and they care about tenants. They also have food trucks for dinner once a week. Highly recommend SoBa!

SOBA's location in San Marco can't be beat- it is close to the bridge for commuting and close to so many restaurants, parks, and the Riverwalk. The staff is friendly, approachable, and it shows they take pride in what they do.

I would NOT suggest moving to SoBA unless you want cheap building, warping floors, toilet holers 3 feet from toilet , AirBnB people trashing the community daily, and management not wanting to be bothered unless your a cute police officer coming to see a resident but not wanting to do his job and staying with management.
We pay too much that also when cleaning is not here and you tell management trash was left in a hallway they won't be bothered to clean it up and leave for 2 days until... cleaning returns. That's just lazy.
