Poor Service and Money Hungry
I moved in September 2023 under the previous management company. Management changed in 2024, and the difference is significant.
The transition set the tone—communication was inconsistent and often inaccurate. During my lease renewal, the new team repeatedly lost my lease, sent incorrect documents, and never finalized the paperwork despite multiple follow-ups.
Maintenance was responsive but not thorough. If an issue wasn’t immediately visible, it was often closed without resolution. I lived... with a flickering bathroom light for months as a result.
Under prior management, common areas and the pool were cleaned daily. That is no longer the case, despite no reduction in rent or fees. The trash service is inconsistent, and there no longer appears to be security on site. The call box and garage gate were also broken for extended periods.
Communication with the leasing office is very difficult and often requires multiple attempts.
The building itself is fine, but it is not luxury. The issue is management.
In my final month, I was charged a $400 month-to-month fee without notice. While allowed by the lease, I was told I should be “thankful” it hadn’t been charged earlier. The fee was not refunded.
Even moving out was difficult. After multiple emails and voicemails, there was no record of my notice until I finally reached someone.
The previous management (ZRS) kept all buildings fully staffed. Now staffing is reduced across paired properties, and it shows.
I would recommend looking at alternatives—you can likely find better-managed options for less.
