I’ve had a great experience at this apartment complex. The community is always nice and clean, and the grounds are well maintained. The leasing team is extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful with any questions or concerns. They truly make living here enjoyable and stress free.

I visited this apartment complex while looking for a 1-bedroom, and even though I didn’t end up leasing, I had a great experience. The community was really clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Overall, it left a very positive impression—I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting!

This place is absolutely horrible. When I moved in it was my first apartment they asked me to make a list of things and turn it in like the next two days? So I did and they only addressed some of the problems. There was paint all over every window. Black mold looking stuff on every window. The baseboards are not connected to most of the hard vinyl floor. The maintenance is terrible and barely speaks English so how can we tell them what to fix? Asked to speak to a manager awhile ago to this lady... named yalonda and it was as you’d expect; I still have heard nothing from either ladies. Water being cut off all the time ridiculous WiFi rules you can’t change your WiFi and the WiFi they give you is terrible. Buy your own WiFi sure it’s still included in the rent. Can barely watch TV with this WiFi. And oh god the dogs just walking around and dogs barking and dogs chained to the porch unable to use the restroom anywhere else. Even thought there are doggie bags you’ll find more dog poop than pinecones. Pools are never opened laundry mat destroyed some of my linens and clothes. I moved here with little standards… I thought. After my lease is up I will never look back. Only move in if you’re right on money and need a place asap. Also fees we had no idea about until we had to start paying for them.

Do not move here if you don’t like bugs because the inside of the apartment isn’t lInsulate properly. The maintenance people literally painted my tub instead of replacing it and then won’t come to fix the tub or do a follow up. Also it’s really dark in the playground it’s very little in the tennis court is is chipped up. I just thought I should let someone know before moving here if you are looking for an affordable apartments without the amenities or luxury or even insulation in the apartment... the. This is for you.
