Love it!

I have lived here for about 2 months and have loved every minute! I moved from across the country and wasn’t able to tour before moving. Miranda was AMAZING. She answered every email and phone call immediately and was incredibly sweet. I am so happy with my choice to live here!

Definitely worth it!

I absolutely love everything about my apartment. Back when I toured this place 2 years ago I fell in love. The luxury that you get you won’t find elsewhere! Every amenity is 10/10!!The study space, the gym, the resort style pool, fire pits etc. I feel safe at home and while out walking my dog. They recently opened the plaza in walking distance with a Publix which is another plus. I would highly recommend this community! To top it off the staff is super friendly. Maintenance is great and very… timely when needed. Miranda is the BEST! She tries her absolute best to accommodate all of your needs which I appreciate. Thanks Menlo team! I’ll miss you guys. You won’t regret renting here.

Miranda is AMAZING!

You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. The moment I walked into the leasing office, and was greeted by Miranda, I instantly felt like this the place for me. The property is well maintained and the apts are very nice. Miranda is very knowledgeable and answered every question with clarity. Looking forward to signing a lease.

Informative Tour
