The Residences at Enso

Since the new property management company, WRH, took over, Enso has gone downhill fast. The office and leasing team was so professional, kind and helpful. Now they don’t even acknowledge you when you come into the office. They sit in their chair and act like you are bothering them. The groundskeeper sits in his golf cart all day and doesn’t do anything about the upkeep of the property. There are constantly shopping bags of trash left in the entrance of the community by the “Enso” sign that go… months without being picked up. Eventually the residents get tired of seeing this trash and have to park on the side of the road to pick up the trash themselves. We were here 13 months, and the place was wonderful. The staff is amazing, the property is generally very clean and well kept. There were the standard maintenance issue (washing machine broke) but the maintenance manger was quick and cordial. Best apartment i've had.
