Great property

On a good side of Jacksonville nice apartments for good pricing, good management staff and maintenance team lived here for past few years and can’t complain about anything!!!

Great property to live at

I’ve lived here the past 2 years and can’t complain about much Ms. Camellia in the office is the best always helps me with anything I come forward with always taking care of work orders her and her team do a good job at managing this property.
Strong maintenance team and good office staff!

5-Year Resident Could No Be Happier

The property is currently undergoing several upgrades, and the improvements have been great. They recently renovated the pool area, and it looks amazing. They're also updating the landscaping, and it's really coming together.

I've lived here for five years and have always felt safe. I love my neighbors, and the Lakewood area of Jacksonville is one of the nicest places to live. You won't find many communities this affordable this close to San Marco.

The community is older, but that's one of the... things I love most—it has character. With all the improvements they've started, it's only getting better. The management truly cares about the residents, and it shows.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Roaches, humidity, broken HVACs, incompetent office people, I found this lady CRYING at the leasing office try to make these people hear her. I think they go away with a lot for some reason but based on the latest revies I have seen people is starting to get tired of the people in the office, they aren't fit for the job, and the apartments are falling apart, no amount of intimidation from the office can cover that fact.

Embarrassed I live here.

Grounds are filthy! Management is changing every two weeks. Nobody fixes anything. There is a blanket of beetle constantly covering the pool the wreaks of urine. Not to mention the laughable “gym” they have outside
