Me and my significant other moved here its been Terrible we have gone broke and mentally not the same after moving in here. There are roaches everywhere and we are extremely clean.The office staff is very fake and tell you one thing and do another. The worst people I have ever come across very sad that people are this evil. I hope people see these reviews and don't make the same mistake we did.

Late Saturday evening there was a shooting that happened in the complex. There has been no communication from the complex staff on the incident. They are taking no safety measures for the rest of the residents. When I first moved in there used to be a security guard parked near the entrance but I seldom see one now. If they were here as before this may have never happened. Other than the shooting there are multiple shady drug deals going on around here. The complex smells like marijuana… all the time. With the expensive amount of rent we pay here you would think this would not be the type of environment like 103rd, north side or Arlington where shootings often occur. Rent is expensive, they're overcharging for everything. That's just unacceptable. I spent 4-months going to the coin laundry across Walmart, I've sent request to come fix my dryer and new dryer, still hasn't come in yet. I don't live there anymore, recently moved-out. Their service sucks, talking to the staff is impossible and having explain to me, why they're overcharging me for the minimum things. Highly don't recommend coming here.
