How Is This Rating Determined?

Over valued under served.

I pay my rent on time every month without fail. I do as I am asked to keep my community clean, respectful and peaceful. However The owners/operators/office staff/maintenance of this community are woefully under-prepared to handle even the simplest of tasks. The office personnel are no help, they just refer you to the portal. If you have a problem on a weekend forget about getting anyone to come fix your issue in a TIMELY manner. They force the residents to use a valet garbage service which only... picks up the garbage 50% of the time, then the residents are fined if the valet service doesn't do it's job. They have painted this place but it is just lipstick on a pig.

Love My home and area

The community looks so much better than when I first moved here. They are doing renovations and I am really excited to see the finished product. The ladies in the leasing office are so patient, personable and very sweet, always willing to help. The maintence team is great and very friendly as well. The whole team really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed, special and at home.

Love living here!!

Not sure why there’s bad reviews for this community but I love living here! The girls in the office are the sweetest and help me out with a tough personal situation that I had. My maintenance orders are completed. Same day and I love all the upgrades they’re doing can’t wait to renew my lease next month!

Don’t Move Here

Management is terrible, grounds is unkept, unsafe environment with car break-ins and vandalism.

Poor Customer Care/Overall Experience

I lived there for two years and it was not so bad in the beginning, but after the apartment complex changed ownership, it went completely downhill. Would not recommend. Extremely unorganized, the office is never open, and when they are, very unhelpful. Never received call backs. Would use their "convenient" text line, but would wait over a week for a reply. Trash service would not come often.. Just stressful and not worth it.
