Pets are allowed with a $50 upfront fee per pet and a $45 fee per night thereafter, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure pets are leashed at all times and do not leave them unattended. Excessive cleaning fees will be applied if pet hair is found on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or spa at any time. The pool is closed at sundown. No glass in the pool or spa area. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. Trash receptacle location varies upon location. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Please login to use your own streaming accounts. Please keep in mind that like any home, this property may have normal wear and tear. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless permission is given. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with.
