Located in Reunion, the villa sits within a gated community known for its walkable surroundings and golf courses. Beyond the gates, you will find a wide range of dining and activity options, from airboat rides to water parks, along with convenient access to major Orlando destinations including Magic Kingdom at 8 miles, SeaWorld at 15 miles, and Universal at 20 miles.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
