This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Initial supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room, and a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge in the kitchen. A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not provided. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests should follow additional guidelines posted within the home, take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure, and report damages immediately. Violation of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, debris or small bugs may wash into the pool, causing the water to appear slightly discolored. Humidity and bugs are common in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. Drive at the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts.
