The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home and take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
