During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to Resort amenities such as Seven Eagles with a pool, spas, fitness centers, and Linear Park, Homestead with a pool, wading pool, and spa, Carriage Pointe with a pool and spa, Heritage Crossing with two pools, a wading pool, and spa, The Terraces with a pool, spa, gazebo, and pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway with a playground and outdoor fitness center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities, which will only grant access to the CDD amenities listed.
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is six guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to one car may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home, take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, and report damages immediately.
