Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a kids bunk twin bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Two bathrooms are provided with bathroom essentials. Bed linens, fresh towels, and an in-home laundry add convenience.
Your stay includes complimentary access to select Reunion Resort community amenities, including pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and shared outdoor spaces. Access requires an RFID card, which is provided during your stay. Tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses. Up to one car may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
