Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks of any kind are permitted.
